ASIS International Qatar Chapter – General Review Program Policy (Applicable to CPP, PCI, PSP & APP Programs) By submitting your Expression of Interest (EOI) for any ASIS International Qatar Chapter Review Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Paid Training Program All review programs conducted by the ASIS International Qatar Chapter—CPP, PCI, PSP, and APP—are paid training programs. Participation is confirmed only after receipt of full payment. 2. Official Study Materials Requirement All programs strictly follow the official ASIS International curriculum outlined in the corresponding Official Study Guide and attendees are required to obtain one. Participants must either: * Purchase the Official Study Guide or required materials directly from ASIS International, OR * Contact the Chapter for guidance or availability of study materials, OR * If opting to join without purchasing new materials, confirm that you already possess the official e-book or soft cover. 3. Payment Terms * All applicable program fees must be paid IN ADVANCE, prior to the start of the program. * Payment must be completed through FAWRAN or bank transfer to the ASIS International Qatar Chapter assigned Bank Account. * Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment confirmation. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy * No cancellation or refund is permitted within 30 days before the program start date. * Fees are non-transferable unless specifically approved by the Chapter Executive Committee for exceptional cases. 5. Ethical and Conduct Expectations Participants are expected to follow professional conduct aligned with ASIS International’s values. Any violation of chapter rules or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. 6. Compliance Acknowledgment By clicking Submit EOI, you confirm that: * You have read and understood this policy. * You agree to comply with all terms and conditions listed above. * You understand that review programs are not official ASIS certification courses, but are facilitated by certified volunteer instructors following the official curriculum.
