Yesterday’s workshop marked another important milestone in our chapter’s growth — bringing together a comprehensive Certification Overview and an engaging Succession Planning Workshop for 2026, led by Chapter Chair Ranjiv Abraham.
While many chapters struggle when leadership changes, true sustainability comes from building a foundation that thrives beyond any individual. From day one, the ASIS Qatar Chapter has been rooted in transparency, inclusivity, and a shared purpose — and it was inspiring to see these values strengthened as we prepare the next generation of leaders.
The Certification Overview equipped both members and non-members with valuable guidance to advance their professional development journeys.
In the second session, a reflection on the Chapter Chair’s leadership journey — followed by an interactive ice-breaker exploring future leadership roles — created energy, collaboration, and a clear sense of shared responsibility for the chapter’s future.
